Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days of receiving full payment. Generally we will ship within 1 day.  During busier times of the year, this may take a little longer. 

If you chose UPS as a shipping option, you will receive an email from UPS Quantumview with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. If you chose US Mail for a shipping option, you'll get an email from us with shipping notification.

You can always check your order status by logging in and looking at the status in My Ozon.

If your order shipped by UPS, but you did not receive an email from UPS Quantumview, and it has been more than 48 hours, please open a support ticket for tracking information.
