Return an Item for Refund

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW PRIOR TO RETURNING AN ITEM OR IT MAY BE RETURNED TO YOU

We are sorry to hear you would like to return the product for a refund. This page will give you instructions on what to do in order to be eligible for a refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must Notify Us within 7 days of the delivery time of your tracking showing delivered. This is stated in the return policy that you agreed to at checkout. If you have done this within the allotted time, you are eligible. If you have not notified us within the allotted time, you are not eligible for a refund, however you are eligible for warranty fulfillment. The warranty covers replacements for 1 year.

If you have notified us with your order number and full name on purchase receipt, please print out a note with your order information and insert it into the iron's box. Because our return policy makes no exceptions for Cherry Bomb for refunds, DO NOT return the Cherry Bomb. This is a consumable product and is not returnable. Your refund will be the PURCHASE PRICE minus $9.99 for the Cherry Bomb. Please do not contact us regarding this as it is clearly stated in our return policy which you agreed to at checkout.

Once we receive the returned package, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Generally it is much sooner but please don't contact us unless you have not been refunded or been contacted within 5 business days (Holidays and Weekends are not business days).

CAUTION

If we have not received notification of your return within 7 days of your delivery, and you still return the order expecting a refund, it will be refused and returned to you.

If you return a bottle of Cherry Bomb (opened or unopened), the bottle will be disposed of, and no refund will be made for that product. We ask that you keep the bottle as there is no compensation available. This is a common practice of consumable products such as toothpaste and shampoo.
