Replacement Request

If your order arrived defective, we can send a replacement at no cost to you. Please return the iron (not the Cherry Bomb - unless the Cherry Bomb was the product that was damaged) with a note with your order number as well as an exchange request. Replacements are made within 7 days of receiving the order. If the time is beyond this, please refer to the warranty that was enclosed in your iron's box.

There is no need to email us regarding this issue, simply return with your order information as well as a note requesting a replacement. Your replacement will be shipped within 5 business days of us receiving the defective unit. The unit will be shipped to the address your original order was shipped to.
