Shipping Policy
United States
We are offering $5 Flat Rate Ground Shipping within the US for orders over $50. This promo rate will be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail, whichever is more economical, and at our discretion.
US Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. US orders ship within 4 business days of full payment, but generally, ship sooner. If you pay for 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, order will not ship the same day - they will also have to go through our processing time of 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable in any circumstance.
We are not responsible for orders lost in transit or delivered and stolen from your front porch. If tracking shows that the order has been delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm physical delivery.
Canada
We regret to inform our customers as of December 9, 2011, we no longer ship to individuals in Canada. This is due to the exponentially increasing brokerage and duty costs that have lead some shipments of one single iron rack up an additional $75 in fees. We have no control over these fees, as they are solely controlled by the Canadian government and UPS brokerage. We have noticed an increasing number of customers ordering from Canada hit by unexpected fees, and while we clearly posted about these fees in our shipping policy, it is human nature to skim through the checkout process, and we do not want our customers to feel frustrated with these fees. Due to the high percentage of Canadian customers who have been upset with these fees, we have discontinued shipping to Canada (apart from wholesale distributors).
Tracking
US orders will receive a UPS, FedEx, or USPS delivery confirmation number upon shipment of your order via a shipping confirmation email from noreply@ozonhair.com. Be sure to unblock this email address if you have spam filters.You will receive an email from the warehouse when your order is processed, and also when it has actually shipped. The email with shipping information will include details on tracking.
Weather
As all companies, shipments are subject to weather conditions. Sometimes adverse weather conditions will cause shipping delays, or internet outages at our offices. We can't be held responsible for any weather delays. In the event you purchase expedited shipping, you cannot be refunded for the shipping and get the expedited shipping if it is delayed due to adverse weather. In the event you pay for overnight or 2nd day shipping, and your order does not ship out within 3 business days due to adverse weather, your shipment will go out on the next possible business day, and will be shipped via the method you paid for. If there are any known adverse weather conditions notification will be posted on our site.
