Warranty

Every Ozon hair tool comes with 1 year of coverage under our warranty program.  You can also add a second year of coverage for $15 by adding it to your cart as an option by checking the option.

If you purchased your product on this site, it was automatically registered for warranty and you do not need to fill out this form.

1 Year Limited Warranty

What your warranty covers:

• Defects in materials or workmanship

For how long after your purchase?
• One year, from date of purchase.

What we will do:
• Provide you with a new replacement or, at our option, a refurbished unit. The exchange unit is under warranty for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period.

How you get service:
• Properly pack your unit. Include everything that was included with your purchase. We prefer you use the original packaging materials.
• Proof of purchase in the form of a dated receipt from an authorized distributor of the Ozon product, which is evidence that the product is within the warranty period, must be presented to obtain warranty service. A copy of the receipt is acceptable, as long as it is clearly legible.
• Print your name, address, and a description of the defect. Send via standard postal service to:

• Insure your shipment for loss or damage, as we will accept no liability in case of damage or loss during transit.
• A new or refurbished unit will be shipped to you freight prepaid.

What your warranty does NOT cover:
• Customer instruction. (Your Owner’s Manual provides information regarding operating instructions and user controls. Any additional information should be attained from your dealer.
• Damage from misuse or neglect.
• Products sold by unauthorized distributors or salons, including the internet. If you purchased this on the internet, it is the seller’s responsibility to serve you with customer service.
• Products which have been modified or incorporated into other products.
• Products that have been tampered, or opened by unauthorized persons.
• Products purchased outside the UNITED STATES or CANADA.
• Acts of nature, such as but not limited to lightning or natural disaster damage.

Limitation of Warranty
• THE WARRANTY EXPRESSED ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. NO VERBAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION GIVEN BY OVINA TRADE COMPANY, INC., ITS AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES SHALL CREATE A GUARANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS WARRANTY.
