Cherry Bomb is a silicone based thermal straightening serum that works
when you apply heat to it. Use your titanium flat iron by Ozon to
activate the formula, and lock in your hair's healthy shine. It does
not go on greasy like other wannabe formulas, and it has the pleasant
aroma of cherries.
Ozon has partnered with Cherry Bomb, creating the most efficient
system for straightening and styling your hair. Cherry Bomb was
developed by award winning Canadian hairstylist Marinos Thoma to smooth
the hair and protect it during heating with a flat iron or hair dryer.
Q: What is the difference between InfraGuard and Cherry Bomb?
A: InfraGuard was formulated with the same exact active ingredients as Cherry Bomb, but made in a sprayable form. InfraGuard also has the smell of citrus coconut, as opposed to cherry, and InfraGuard is made in the USA instead of Canada, and we were able to keep the cost less, even though it is just as good if not better than Cherry Bomb. Additionally, InfraGuard has jojoba oil, Cherry Bomb does not.
Q: How do you use Cherry Bomb?
A: Wash and condition your hair. Towel wrap your hair until it is damp, but not soaking wet, and not completely dry. Pour a dime sized portion of Cherry Bomb into the palm of your hand, spread in hands, and apply to damp hair, massaging into the hair. Blow dry the hair while brushing in and the heat applied will activate the silkening effect of the Cherry Bomb. For best results, finish with an Ozon flat iron starting out with small sections of hair, 2 to 3 inches wide, and combing through. Cherry Bomb will leave your hair silky smooth, with no added weight, and no greasy feeling.

Q: Will Cherry Bomb make my hair look oily?
A: When used correctly, Cherry Bomb will give all hair textures a soft shine. To avoid an oily look, be sure to not use too much, and also be sure to work through the hair thoroughly, and also be sure to activate the product with heat, using a titanium flat iron or hair dryer.

We are offering free Ground Shipping within the US. Any orders who
utilize this promo which result in a return for refund will have a $12 shipping fee
applied against the refund. Free shipping is for orders containing at
least one hair tool. Free shipping will be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or
Priority Mail, whichever is more economical, and at our discretion.
US Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. US orders ship within 4
business days of full payment, but generally, ship sooner. If you pay
for 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, order will not ship the same day - they
will also have to go through our processing time of 1-2 business days.
Shipping costs
are not refundable in any circumstance.
We are not responsible for orders
lost in transit or delivered and stolen from your front porch. If
tracking shows that the order has been delivered, it is the customer's
responsibility to confirm physical delivery.
Canada
Shipments to Canada are made by UPS Standard,
which typically takes 5 to 8 days. You will receive a tracking number
via email when your order ships. Please be sure to see that if you
order on backorder, this delivery estimate is from when it ships not
from when it's ordered. Keep in mind tracking numbers may take up to 24
hours from the time you receive your email shipping confirmation until
the time it tracks online.
Customs & Duty
If you are receiving a shipment in Canada from our US
warehouse, please anticipate customs and duty charges which you will pay
upon arrival. Ozon Hair Systems is not responsible for any of these charges. Duties
and taxes are still payable to your local government, which UPS will
collect upon delivery. Generally your total customs, brokerage and duty
can be anywhere from CAD$10 to CAD$50 and up, depending on many factors
such as where you are located and your local tax and duty rates,
however you must contact your local UPS office to get the exact fee.
If you are not willing to pay customs fees we recommend purchasing from our Canadian retailers. Please see our Salon Locator to find one. Many of them are willing to ship from their salons and if you order from them you will not pay customs or duty.
Tracking
US orders will receive a UPS, FedEx, or USPS delivery
confirmation number upon shipment of your order via a shipping
confirmation email from noreply@ozonhair.com. Be sure to unblock this
email address if you have spam filters.You will receive an email from
the warehouse when your order is processed, and also when it has
actually shipped. The email with shipping information will include
details on tracking.
Weather
As all companies, shipments are subject to weather conditions.
Sometimes adverse weather conditions will cause shipping delays, or
internet outages at our offices. We can't be held responsible for any
weather delays. In the event you purchase expedited shipping, you
cannot be refunded for the shipping and get the expedited shipping if
it is delayed due to adverse weather. In the event you pay for
overnight or 2nd day shipping, and your order does not ship out within
3 business days due to adverse weather, your shipment will go out on
the next possible business day, and will be shipped via the method you
paid for. If there are any known adverse weather conditions notification will be posted on our site.
Damage
If your order is damaged in transit and you have proof, we will
file an insurance claim with the shipping company. In this case, we
will need to be notified within 24 hours of receiving your order,
otherwise you waive your right to a claim. Beyond this time frame
please refer to the warranty that came with your order. All orders
purchased on ozonhair.com come with a validated 1 year warranty. If it
is purchased on any other website including eBay, the warranty is void.
The warranty covers 1 year of defects in materials or workmanship for
repair or replacement at our discretion. Please save the user manual

Canceled Orders
If your order has not shipped out, and you would like to cancel
the order, we can do so, just submit a request by contacting us.
Please be aware that there is a $5 cancellation fee. Your refund will
be less the $5 fee. This process is only eligible for unprocessed
orders. If it has already been shipped, you will have to return it via
the return policy, and the refund will be in accordance with said
policy.
Wet Products
Consumable products are not returnable in any circumstance whatsoever.
